The terminal allows inmates to identify themselves autonomously via camera, without operator intervention. After identification, the system automatically loads the profile, available balance and purchase history, enabling transactions to be completed quickly and securely.
The facial recognition engine operates in real time with high accuracy even under variable lighting conditions, and includes liveness detection mechanisms to prevent photo-based fraud. Fully integrated with the central billing platform, all transactions are recorded and synchronised in real time.
