Access control is granular by user profile: triage operators register and route correspondence, wing supervisors confirm receipt within their groups, and management has full visibility over the entire flow. Delivery confirmation is performed directly on the platform, generating a record with date, time and the identity of the confirming party — eliminating manual paper processes and ensuring complete traceability of all correspondence.
